New Dimension Appoints New Chief Financial Officer
VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 12/16/11 -- New Dimension Resources Ltd. (TSX VENTURE: NDR) (the 'Company' or 'New Dimension') is pleased to announce the appointment of Wayne Johnstone C.A., as its Chief Financial Officer.
Mr. Johnstone graduated from the University of British Columbia in 1977 with a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) degree and in 1979 earned his chartered accountant designation. He has over 30 years of financial experience with public and private companies. During the past 25 years, Mr. Johnstone has focused on mineral exploration and development stage public companies throughout North and South America. Mr. Johnstone was previously Chief Financial Officer of Creston Moly Corp., during which time he played a significant role with the company prior to its acquisition by Mercator Minerals Ltd.

Subject to regulatory approval and upon availability under the Company's Stock Option Plan, the Company has granted 230,000 stock options at $0.15 to officers and employees. All of the options are exercisable for a period of 5 years from the date of grant.
