Adamus Resources Limited - Scheme Becomes Effective

PERTH, Western Australia, Dec. 5, 2011 /CNW/ - Adamus Resources Limited (Adamus) is pleased to announce that the orders made by the Federal Court of Australia on 2 December 2011 approving the scheme of arrangement between Adamus and its shareholders (Scheme) have been lodged today with the Australian Securities & Investments Commission (ASIC).

Adamus shares will cease trading on the ASX at the close of trading today.
