International Lithium Corp.: Incentive Stock Options Granted
VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 11/30/11 -- International Lithium Corp. ('ILC' or the 'Company') (TSX VENTURE: ILC)(TSX VENTURE: ILC.WT) advises that 3,625,000 incentive stock options have been granted to directors, officers, employees and consultants of the Company. The options are exercisable at $0.25 per share for a period of five years, subject to regulatory approval. The options are subject to a four month hold period.
