Mawson postpones date of Annual Meeting of Shareholders
VANCOUVER, Oct. 14, 2011 /CNW/ - Mawson Resources Limited ('Mawson') TSX - MAW; Frankfurt - MRY. Mr Michael Hudson, President & CEO, announces that Mawson's Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (the 'AGM') will be postponed to no later than March 2012 to allow Mawson time to deal with all proposed agenda items. Mawson's board of directors has not set a record date nor has established a meeting date at this time. Mawson will announce the date of the AGM once that date has been determined.
