Inter-Citic Extends Term of Warrants
TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 10/12/11 -- Inter-Citic Minerals Inc. (TSX: ICI) ('Inter-Citic' or 'the Company') President and CEO Mr. James Moore reports that the Company has made application to Toronto Stock Exchange to extend the original term of 3,333,000 full share warrants previously issued in connection with a private placement announced in a press release dated October 26, 2009. Inter-Citic has applied to extend the original two year term of the warrants for an additional three month period to now expire January 26, 2012. The original purchase price of $1.45 per full share warrant will remain the same. The foregoing is subject to regulatory approval.
