VANCOUVER, Dec. 28, 2011 /CNW/ - Mawson Resources Limited ('Mawson' or the 'Company') TSX - MAW; Frankfurt - MRY. Mr. Michael Hudson, President & CEO, announces that the Company has signed a binding agreement with Tournigan Energy Ltd. ('Tournigan') respecting the terms of the Letter of Intent ('LOI') announced on December 7, 2011 (the 'Agreement'). The Agreement supersedes the LOI.
Mawson has received conditional acceptance from the Toronto Stock Exchange to proceed with the transactions contemplated under the Agreement with Tournigan.
