Melior Resources Inc. Announces Appointment of Rishi Tibriwal as Chief Financial Officer

TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire - Dec. 1, 2011) - Melior Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE: MLR) (“Melior“) announces that Mr. Rishi Tibriwal has been appointed to the position of Chief Financial Officer (“CFO“) of Melior.

Mr. Tibriwal was recently an audit partner at Ernst and Young LLP and brings a wealth of experience in the mining industry. He is a Chartered Accountant and holds a CFA and MBA.

On behalf of the Board, Dr. Charles Entrekin, CEO and Chairman of the board of directors, said “We are confident that Rishi's experience will be a significant asset as we continue on our strategic path to grow the company“.
