Aurion Grants Incentive Stock Options

ST. JOHN'S, NEWFOUNDLAND -- (Marketwire - Dec. 23, 2011) - Aurion Resources Ltd. ("Aurion") (TSX VENTURE: AU) reports it has granted a total of 465,000 incentive stock options to acquire Aurion common shares at a price of $0.25 per common share to certain employees, officers and directors of the company. These options have a term of 5 years and will vest immediately.
