Reservoir Minerals Inc. Announces Appointment of Directors and Officers

VANCOUVER, Oct. 24, 2011 - Reservoir Minerals Inc. ("Minerals" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that Michael Winn, Miljana Vidovic, Geoff Chater and David Knox have been appointed as additional directors of Minerals. Mr Christopher MacIntyre has resigned as a director and will assume the role of Vice President of Corporate Development at the Company.
In addition, Ms. Christina Cepeliauskas has been appointed Chief Financial Officer of the Company replacing Mr. Doug Reed who has resigned. Minerals also announces the appointment of Aleksandar Obrenovic as VP of Exploration and Ms. Kim Casswell as the Corporate Secretary of the Company.
Minerals continues to work toward obtaining final listing approval from the TSX Venture Exchange (the "TSXV") with respect to the listing of its common shares on the TSXV and further updates in this regard will be provided when available.
