VANCOUVER, March 22, 2012 - NovaGold Resources Inc. ("Glass Lewis") have recommended that their clients vote in favor of the proposed NovaCopper Inc. ("NovaCopper") spin-off at the Special General Meeting being held on March 28, 2012.ISS and Glass Lewis are leading advisory firms for independent international corporate governance analysis and proxy voting. Their recommendations assist shareholders in making decisions regarding proxy voting decisions.
