Mariana Resources Limited: Increase in Director's Shareholding
VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 04/10/12 -- Executive Director & Chief Operating Officer Ray Angus purchased 500,000 shares in Mariana Resources Limited (TSX: MRY)(AIM: MARL)(PLUS: MARL) at a cost of 7.25 pence per share plus transaction costs on 4th April 2012. The shares were purchased on-market and will be registered in the account of Pershing Nominees Ltd. The purchase takes his holding in Mariana Resources Ltd to 7,004,300 shares, representing 3.03% of the Company's issued shares.
