Mr. Rick Bailes and Ms. Eira Thomas decided not to stand for re-election as members of the Board. The Management of Fortress would like to thank them very much for their outstanding contribution to the Company over the years.
In addition, the Company announces that it has granted an aggregate of 8,500 incentive stock options to a director of the Company. The options are exercisable, subject to vesting provisions, over a period of three years at a price of $5.60 per share.
