Soho Resources Corp. announces appointment of Executive Vice President Corporate Development

VANCOUVER, Dec. 13, 2011 /CNW/ - Soho Resources Corp. (TSX Venture - SOH) ("Soho" or the "Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Barry Clark as Executive Vice President of Corporate Development.

Mr. Clark started his financial services career in 1984 with EF Hutton as a retail stock broker, where he was # 1 in the nation for opening new accounts and generating gross commissions. Following EF Hutton, he was a top producing financial consultant for Merrill Lynch where he served a large number of retail clients as well as successfully sourcing capital for Merrill Lynch offerings. He joined Prudential in the capacity of Vice President-Investments, raising significant capital for real estate and oil and gas private placements. In the past 10 years, he has had tenure on Madison Avenue with New York Private Placement Exchange followed by working on Investment Banking deals with SPTW, Inc. a boutique NYSE member firm. He has also served as managing director and owner/operator of a micro cap investor relations firm, held a Montana real estate license while working as an investor and realtor with Dean and Leininger Real Estate. Barry has also completed course studies at the University of California Irvine, in Investor Relations.

Management is confident the addition of Mr. Clark to the team will greatly assist the company to meet the development goals it has set for itself.
