VANCOUVER, May 14, 2012 /CNW/ - Darwin Resources Corp ("Darwin" or "The Company") (TSXV:DAR) is pleased to announce that it has engaged Mining Interactive Corp. ("MI") to provide investor relations and shareholder communications effective May 1, 2012.Under the services agreement, MI will be paid a one-time set-up fee of $7,000 and a monthly fee of $3,500. MI is an investor relations and market awareness company owned and operated by Nick Nicolaas.
