VANCOUVER, 05/25/12 - Pacific Ridge Exploration Ltd. (TSX VENTURE: PEX) (the "Company") reported that it has granted incentive stock options under its 10% rolling stock option plan to directors, officers, employees and consultants, to purchase a total of 1,555,000 common shares at $0.10 per share exercisable for a period of five years. The 1,030,000 options granted to directors and officers vest as to 50% on the date of grant and 50% in one year. The 250,000 options granted to G2 Consultants Corp., the Company's financial public relations consultant, vest as to 25% after three months, 25% after six months, 25% after nine months and 25% after twelve months. The remaining 275,000 options granted to employees and geological consultants of the Company vest as to 100% after two months. The options are subject to acceptance for filing by the TSX Venture Exchange.
