Silver Mountain Mines Inc. to List on the TSX Venture Exchange

Shares to Begin Trading Wednesday, February 15, 2012

CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwire - Feb. 14, 2012) - Silver Mountain Mines Inc. (TSX VENTURE:SMQ) (CNSX:SMM) ("Silver Mountain" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that the Toronto Venture Exchange ("TSX-V") has approved Silver Mountain's application to list its common shares on the TSX-V. Effective Wednesday, February 15, 2012, the Company's shares will commence trading on the TSX-V under the symbol "SMQ". Silver Mountain will be classified as a Tier 2 Mining Issuer.
