QUEENSLAND, 06/20/12 - Allied Gold Mining PLC ("Allied Gold" or the "Company") advises that all of the resolutions considered and voted upon by the shareholders were passed on a show of hands at the Annual General Meeting held today.
The full text of each resolution was included in the Notice of Meeting circulated to shareholders on 2 May 2012.
