TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire - July 6, 2012) - Mammoth Resources Corp. (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:MTH) is pleased to announce that it has issued to certain new directors and a new officer of the Company a total of 540,000 options to purchase common shares in the Company in accordance with the terms of the its Stock Option Plan. The options are exercisable at a share price of $0.25 per share until June 30, 2017 and vest 25 percent upon issuance and 25 percent each of six, 12 and 18 months from the date of issuance.
