Silver Pursuit Appoints Primoris Group Inc. as Media Relations

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire - Oct. 3, 2011) - Silver Pursuit Resources Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:SPF) (the "Company") has appointed Primoris Group Inc. ("Primoris Group") to provide media relations services to the Company. Primoris Group is a Toronto-based investor and media relations firm.

Under the leadership of principals Joseph Carusone and Nick Boutsalis, Primoris Group will provide the Company with a full range of media relations services, co-ordinating editorial coverage through print, radio and TV, and on-line media outlets.

Under the terms of the agreement, which commences October 1, 2011, for a one-year period, Primoris Group will execute a comprehensive communications program to support the Company's growth strategy, for which it will be paid a fee of $7,000 per month. Primoris Group has also been granted options to purchase 200,000 common shares of the Company at 20 cents per share exercisable for a period of two years from the date of issuance. The options will vest at 25% every three months.

The agreement between the Company and Primoris Group and the grant of options are subject to regulatory approval. The Principals of Primoris Group currently hold 330,000 common shares in the Company, and they may choose to acquire additional shares in the Company in the future. Primoris Group does not intend to undertake any market-making activities.
