Jayden Resources Inc. Makes Changes to Board of Directors

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire - July 24, 2012) - Jayden Resources Inc. (TSX:JDN) ("Jayden" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that Paul Hung has joined the Company's Board of Directors. Mr. Hung is currently an Associate Director at Savills PLC Beijing office. Savills is a global real estate services provider listed on the London Stock Exchange with an international network of more than 500 offices and associates throughout the world. Since joining Savills in 2007, Mr. Hung is responsible for business valuations in the PRC and Hong Kong for the purposes of IPO's. Before joining Savills, Mr. Hung worked as the vice president of a venture capital company where he was responsible for direct investment and valuations of mineral resources projects in China and overseas. Mr. Hung has provided professional valuation services for China Gold Group, HanKing Group, Real Gold Mining, BBMG Group, Western Mining, Lung Ming Mining and International Mining Machinery amongst others. He has over 10 years experience in providing valuations of mineral resources projects for Hong Kong listed companies.

Mr. Hung holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Banking and Finance and is a Member of a number of international mining related institutes including the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, the Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy and Petroleum, the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors as well as the Society of Petrophysicists and Well Log Analysts. He is a Professional Member of the Geological Society of America and the Society for Mining, Metallurgy, and Exploration. He is an Accredited Senior Appraiser with the American Society of Appraisers and a Certified Business Appraiser with the Institute of Business Appraisers of United States.

In connection with the appointment of Mr. Hung, both Robert Wolfe and Herrick Lau have resigned as directors of the Company. Mr. Wolfe will remain with the Company as a consulting geologist and Mr. Lau will remain on as the Company's Chief Financial Officer. The Company's current Board of Directors consists of Letty Wan; David Eaton; William Ng; Andrew Cheng; Lawrence Dick; Ringo Hui and Paul Hung.
