Augyva Mining Resources Inc. Announces New Website

MONTREAL, May 2, 2012 - Augyva Mining Resources Inc. ("Augyva" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:AUV) is pleased to announce that it has activated a new internet website.

The new website can be found at www.augyvamining.com and provides a description of the Company strategy, opportunities for the world class Duncan Lake Iron Ore Project as well as four other Quebec exploration properties owned the Company.

Shareholders and other interested parties are encouraged to visit the site and to contact Augyva from the site to request additional information.

In addition, the Company's corporate governance documentation and the Company's recent presentation made at Haywood Capital Markets, 3rd Annual Iron Ore Conference in Toronto is posted on the website.

In the next several weeks NI43-101 reports for the Duncan Lake Iron Project are expected to be posted on the site together with a Preliminary Economic Assessment in summer 2012.
