(TSX VENTURE:CSQ) (FRANKFURT:CX6) announces that its private placement for gross proceeds of up to $2,700,000 as announced in News Release dated July 27, 2012 has been fully subscribed.
A further News Release will be disseminated once acceptance has been received from the TSX Venture Exchange to this financing, and the shares and warrants have been issued.
