(TSX: GGN)(OTCBB: GYPH), a gold exploration, development and production company focused on its Borealis Oxide Heap Leach Project ("Borealis Project") in Nevada, announced today that it will release its first quarter fiscal year 2013 financial results after the close of financial markets on Tuesday, August 14, 2012.
