Silvercorp Announces First Quarter Dividend of CAD$0.025
VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 08/02/12 -- Silvercorp Metals Inc. ("Silvercorp" or the "Company") (TSX: SVM)(NYSE: SVM) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared its first quarter fiscal 2013 dividend of CAD$0.025 per share to be paid on or before October 21, 2012 to shareholders of record at the close of business on September 28, 2012. The dividends are considered eligible dividends for Canadian tax purposes.
