Cabia Goldhills Inc. Engages First Canadian Capital Corp. for Investor Relations Services

MONTREAL, June 11, 2012 - Cabia Goldhills Inc. ("Cabia") (TSX VENTURE:CGH) is pleased to announce that it has retained First Canadian Capital Corp. ("First Canadian") as a consultant to provide strategic marketing, investor relations and financial media placement services. First Canadian will generate market awareness for Cabia and its flagship Mejia Gold project.Under the terms of the agreement with First Canadian, which remains subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval, Cabia will pay First Canadian $7,000 per month for a twelve month initial term (with a right of termination by either party after six months) and grant 300,000 stock options for a period of one year at an exercise price of $0.26 per share, with quarterly vesting in accordance with TSX Venture Exchange policies and the company's stock option plan.
