Alabama Graphite Corp. Launches $4 million Private Placement Financing

Vancouver, November 13, 2012 - Alabama Graphite Corp. (the "Company") (CNSX:ALP) (Frankfurt: 1AG.F WKN A1J35M) announced today that it has engaged a syndicate of broker dealers, lead by Global Hunter Securities LLC and including Scarsdale Equities LLC and Ascendiant Capital Markets, Inc. to raise up to $4 million by way of a brokered private placement of units, each unit to consist of one common share and one-half of one common share purchase warrant. Other terms of the financing will be determined in the context of the market. The proceeds will be used to fund the ongoing exploration and development program at the Coosa Graphite Project in Alabama, including a NI 43-101 compliant resource estimate and a preliminary economic assessment.
