(TSXV.GR) announces that it will not pursue an interest in the Grey River property pursuant to a Letter of Intent announced September 14, 2012 with Playfair Mining Ltd. to acquire up to a 75% interest in the Grey River Tungsten property. The Company plans to focus on its current portfolio of properties in the near term.
