LONGUEUIL, QUEBEC -- (Marketwire) -- 11/28/12 -- Cerro Resources NL (ASX: CJO)(TSX VENTURE: CJO) reports that its shareholders have approved the grant of 1,500,000 options to one of its executive officer. The options will be exercisable at a price of $0.17 until December 31, 2014.
