East Asia Minerals Announces Management Change
VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 12/11/12 -- East Asia Minerals Corporation (TSX VENTURE: EAS) ("EAS" or the "Company") announces Dave Anthony, Chief Operating Officer has resigned from his position, with effect from December 31, 2012. Dave has been involved with several successful initiatives at East Asia, including assisted with the negotiation of the IUP extension for the Miwah Project, conduct of engineering studies for the Sangihe and Miwah projects and initiation of the exploration project at the Binebase, Bowone and Taware sites. Dave has expressed his appreciation for the opportunity to lead East Asia Minerals through this period of development and has stated, "I have been offered an opportunity to join an outstanding company and develop a world class deposit. Ultimately, this proved to be an offer that was best for me & my family and one which I couldn't turn down.
