Cuervo Resources Inc. Reports Results of Additional Geophysical Survey Work at Cerro Ccopane Iron Project in Peru

Resource Potential at or Near Bob 1 Zone Increased to 2.4 Billion Tonnes
Toronto, February 21, 2013 - Cuervo Resources Inc. (CNSX-FE; FWB-CRR; "Cuervo" or the "Company") is pleased to report results from the Company's most recent program of geophysical surveying carried out on and nearby to the Bob 1 zone at its Cerro Ccopane Iron Project in Peru. The geophysical work was integral to a recently completed $5.25 million exploration program at Bob 1, which together with over 4,375 meters of drilling, provides the principal bases of a soon to be released updated NI 43-101 Resource Estimate on the Cerro Ccopane property.
Together with the results of previous geophysical work at Bob 1, the findings of the latest magnetic and gravity surveys include the identification of an additional nearby anomaly that modelling suggests could contain a near surface magnetite body on the order of 600 million tonnes in size. Combined with refined modelling, the resulting geophysical indicated magnetite mineralization potential at or nearby the Bob 1 zone has increased to circa 2.4 billion tonnes. The limits of both the Bob 1 zone and the newly identified anomaly remain open at depth, along strike and over their widths. The magnetic and gravity surveys as well as ancillary gravity modelling were carried out under contract by VDG del Peru S.A.C. (Val D'or Geofisic)
Ing. Rejean Pinealt, General Manager of VDG del Peru S.A.C. (Val D'or Geofisica), is the qualified person under the definition of NI 43-101 responsible for the geophysical report on the Bob 1 area prepared for Cuervo Resources Inc. dated January 2013 and reported herein.
