GoldON Resources Retains Frontier Merchant Capital for Investor Relations

Victoria, British Columbia CANADA, March 20, 2013 /FSC/ - GoldON Resources Ltd. (GLD - TSX Venture), (GoldON or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has retained FronTier Merchant Capital Group ("FronTier") an experienced and reputable group based in Toronto, Canada. FronTier will carry out its main strength for GoldON, which is to introduce the Company to appropriate contacts at capital firms and investment funds through one-on-one meetings in 20 cities across Canada and the United States. They will also assist in building market awareness for GoldON in the financial community through different communications and financial market outlets.Mr. Ari Todd is the founder, owner and CEO of FronTier. He has nearly 10 years' experience in the financial markets managing an estate portfolio, personally investing over $7 million into junior listed equities and has consulted and managed the market needs of over 80 publicly traded companies to date. His diverse work background includes real estate investment, sales, and controllership duties at a leading Canadian manufacturing company. His core business strengths are in identifying undervalued investment opportunities, creating dynamic business models and working with industry peers.
FronTier has been retained for a fixed ten-month period at $5,250 per month plus direct expenses and thereafter on a month-to-month basis at $4,250 per month. GoldON will also grant 150,000 incentive stock options exercisable at a price of $0.15 per share for a period of one year. The options will vest in four equal quarterly tranches. Neither FronTier nor its employees presently have a direct or indirect interest in GoldON securities.
