Panthera Exploration Inc. Amendment of Share Purchase Warrants

Panthera Exploration Inc. (TSX-V: PNX, FRA: GAC, WKN: A0RK7E, "Panthera" or the "Company") announces that it proposes to extend the expiry date of subscriber warrants, issued as part of a private placement in January 2010, by 12 months. All other terms and conditions of the warrants, including price, remain unchanged. The proposed extension of the expiry date is subject to regulatory approval.In January 2010, the Company issued 4,700,000 warrants exercisable at $0.18 until January 22, 2011, and at $0.22 from January 23, 2011 to January 22, 2012 to subscribers of a private placement, of which, 4,541,000 are currently outstanding. The Company proposes to extend the expiry date for these warrants by 12 months to January 21, 2013 from January 22, 2012.
