Panthera Exploration Inc. (TSX-V: PNX, FSE: OAY1 (WKN A0RK7E), "Panthera" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has received the approval of its shareholders and the TSX Venture Exchange regarding the change of its name from Panthera Exploration Inc. to "IRON SOUTH MINING CORP.".Effective at the opening of trading on February 28, 2012, the Company's common shares will be called for trading on the Exchange under the new name of Iron South Mining Corp. The Company's new trading symbol will be "IS". The shareholders also approved the amendment to the Company's Articles, which are available at www.sedar.com.
