Adriana Announces Mr. Peng Weike as a New Director
TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 02/28/13 -- Adriana Resources Inc. ("Adriana" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: ADI) is pleased to announce that Mr. Weike Peng, a candidate nominated by WISCO International Resources Development & Investment Limited ("WISCO") has been appointed a director of the Company effective immediately. Mr. Peng replaces Mr. Liu Xin Quan, who has resigned.
Mr. Weike Peng is the Chief Executive Officer of WISCO Brazil Metallurgy Investment Ltd., Deputy General Manager of Overseas Mineral Resources Department of Wuhan Iron & Steel (Group) Corporation, Director of WISCO International Resources Ltd., and Director of Century Iron Mines Corporation. Mr. Peng is a senior engineer and has over 20 years of experience in the iron and steel industry. Mr. Peng attended Chongqing University of Science and Technology majoring in steelmaking and from 2002 to 2006, he attended Huazhong University of Science in Technology majoring in computer and application. Mr. Peng also holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Wright State University.
