Evrim Resources Corp. Closes Non-Brokered Private Placement

VANCOUVER, Nov. 8, 2012 - Evrim Resources Corp. (TSX VENTURE:EVM) ("Evrim" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has closed the non-brokered private placement announced on October 25,2012. The company has issued 4,000,000 shares for gross proceeds of $1,320,000. The shares will be subject to a 4 month hold expiring on March 7, 2013. Proceeds from the private placement will be used for working capital purposes. Finder's fees of $3,920 were paid in conjunction with the placement.
