Majestic Gold Corp. Appoints New Chief Financial Officer and Director
VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 03/12/13 -- Majestic Gold Corp. (TSX VENTURE: MJS)(FRANKFURT: A0BK1D) ("Majestic" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that Mr. James Mackie has been appointed Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") and elected to the Company's board of directors effective immediately. Mr. Mackie is replacing Tom Needham as CFO, who is retiring from the Company and Gurminder Sangha, who has resigned as a director.
Mr. Mackie is a Certified General Accountant and has over 15 years of corporate experience in financial management, including corporate governance, government and securities compliance. More recently, he has acted as Corporate Controller for a number of mining exploration companies listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange and TSX Venture Exchange.
