The shareholders of the Company approved all matters put forth before them during the meeting.
The number of directors of the Company was set at five. Daniel Spine, James K. Duff, Wade N. Black, Jean Depatie and John Morita were elected to the Company's board of directors.
The shareholders re-appointed DeVisser Gray LP, Chartered Accountants as the auditors of the Company and also approved a 10% rolling stock option plan of the Company.
