Under the terms of the agreement, Byron has agreed to help Caribou raise up to 10 million dollars on a best-efforts agency basis. Additionally, Byron will provide various advisory services concerning to Caribou's strategic external growth initiatives including potential mergers, acquisitions, and joint-venture partnerships.
