TORONTO, April 11, 2013 /CNW Telbec/ - Cerro Grande Mining Corporation (the "Company") (TSX-CEG; OTCQX-CEGMF) announces that all of the nominees listed in its information circular dated February 21, 2013 (the "Circular") were elected as directors of the Company at its annual and special meeting of shareholders held on March 25, 2013 (the "Meeting").
