pleased to announce the appointment of Grant T. Smith, CA, to the
Board of Directors and as an Independent Director to the Audit
Committee.
Mr. Smith is the senior partner with Clearline Chartered Accountants
with offices in Vancouver, North Vancouver and White Rock. He worked
at PricewaterhouseCoopers prior to taking his role with Clearline and
has spent many years in the mining sector. Mr. Smith also currently
serves as the CFO of four Canadian TSX Venture mining companies with
operations in Canada, the USA and Mexico. He has extensive experience
in both private client services and the non-profit sector and actively
serves his community supporting the arts and social services by
assisting various boards.
