TORONTO, 04/24/13 -- Barrick Gold Corporation (NYSE: ABX)(TSX: ABX) (Barrick) announced that the nominees listed in the management proxy circular for the 2013 Annual Meeting of Shareholders were elected as directors of Barrick.
