Robex Announces Delays in the Release of Its December 31, 2012 Annual Financial Statements
QUEBEC CITY, QUEBEC -- (Marketwired) -- 05/01/13 -- Robex Resources Inc. ("Robex" or the "Company")(TSX VENTURE: RBX)(FRANKFURT: RB4) announced today that its audited annual financial statements, CEO and CFO certifications under Regulation 52-109 and management discussion and analysis for the year ended December 31, 2012 (collectively, the "Disclosure Documents") have not been released on April 30, 2013 in accordance with applicable securities laws. It is now anticipated that the release of the Disclosure Documents will occur on May 7, 2013.
Robex has been in discussions with the Autorite des marches financiers, as its principal regulator, with regard to this matter.
