(TSX VENTURE: CXB) (the "Company" or "Calibre") is pleased to announce that its shareholders have approved all ordinary and special resolutions presented to them at the annual general and special meeting of the Company held on May 22, 2013. The shareholders re-elected six directors to the Board, Gregory Smith (also the President and Chief Executive Officer), Douglas B. Forster (also Executive Chairman), Edward C. Farrauto, Hon. John D. Reynolds, P.C., Blayne Johnson, and George Salamis. The shareholders also reappointed PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP Chartered Accountants, as the Company's auditors and authorized the directors of the Company to affix the remuneration to be paid to the auditor for the ensuing year.
