Terraco Gold Reports Results of its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and the Adoption of Advance Notice Policy and Shareholder Rights Plan
VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 05/29/13 -- Terraco Gold Corp. (TSX VENTURE: TEN) ("Terraco" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that, at its annual general meeting of shareholders held on May 29, 2013, Terraco's shareholders approved, among other things, subject to regulatory approval in certain circumstances, the following matters:
-- the Advance Notice Policy of the Company dated April 20, 2013, and the
alteration of the Company's Articles to include provisions requiring
advance notice of director nominees from shareholders, as more
particularly described in Terraco's news release dated April 10, 2013;
and
-- the Shareholder Rights Plan of the Company dated April 16, 2013, as more
particularly described in Terraco's news release dated April 16, 2013.
