NMC Resource Announces Financial Results for the Three Months Ended March 31, 2013

VANCOUVER, May 30, 2013 - NMC Resource Corporation (TSX VENTURE:NRC) ("NMC Resource") released its unaudited condensed consolidated financial statements for the first quarter ended March 31, 2013.
- Sold 223,267 pounds of molybdenum
- Recorded $2.3 million in sales revenue
- Recorded $413,848 in EBITDA at NMC Moland Mine ("Moland Mine")
NMC Resource recorded $2.3 million in sales revenue ($2.6 million - Q1, 2012) and net loss of $368,753 for the three months ended March 31, 2013. The sales revenue declined by 12.8% compared to the first quarter of 2012 due to lower molybdenum market price. For the first quarter ended March 31, 2013, NMC Resource produced 173 tonnes (193 wet tonnes) of molybdenum concentrates at 0.37% MoS2 mill head grade and at 90% recovery. The adjusted EBITDA* was $342,991. Efficient mine operation and prudent allocation of cash are the key management focus, and NMC Resource achieved net cash of $704,991 in operating activities for the first quarter.
