VAL-D'OR, QUEBEC -- (Marketwired) -- 06/03/13 -- Metanor Resources Inc. ("Metanor") (TSX VENTURE: MTO) announces that it has obtained a 3 month delay, until August 31 2013, before the commencement of the capital repayment on the loan from Investissement Quebec (please see www.sedar.com for details on loan). This amendment will give Metanor the required time to increase its monthly production to have the capital repayment period coincide with the start of commercial production. Interest payments continue to be made on a monthly basis.
