Endeavour Mining Reports Election of Directors

VANCOUVER, June 5, 2013 /CNW/ - Endeavour Mining Corporation ("Endeavour" or the "Corporation") (TSX:EDV, ASX:EVR, OTCQX:EDVMF) announces that all of the nominees listed in the management proxy circular for the 2013 Annual Meeting of Shareholders were elected as directors of Endeavour. 

Shareholders holding 53.7% of the outstanding shares of the Corporation were present in person or by proxy at the meeting held earlier today.  Details of the vote are set out below.
