Oracle Mining Announces AGM Results
VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 06/20/13 -- Oracle Mining Corp. ("Oracle Mining" or the "Corporation") (TSX: OMN)(OTCQX: OMCCF)(FRANKFURT: OMC) announces that all items put forward by the board of directors and management were approved by shareholders.
The seven director nominees listed in the management information circular dated May 21, 2013, were elected as directors at the Corporation's annual meeting of shareholders held on June 20, 2013, with the voting tabulated as below:
