Canada Coal Announces Results of Annual Meeting
VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 07/02/13 -- Canada Coal Inc. (the "Company" or "Canada Coal"), (TSX VENTURE: CCK) announces that the nominees listed in the management information circular for the 2013 Annual and Special Meeting of shareholders held in Toronto, Ontario on June 27th, 2013, were re-elected as directors of Canada Coal Inc. Detailed results of the vote for the election of directors held at the annual general meeting are set out in the attached table.

The Company announces it has granted incentive stock options to a certain director to purchase up to a total of 200,000 common shares in the capital stock of the company, exercisable for a period of five years, at a price of $0.20 cents per share.
