Liberty Star’s Hay Mountain ZTEM Survey Update
27.06.2013 | Business Wire
TUCSON, Ariz. -- (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Liberty Star Uranium & Metals Corp. (“Liberty Star” or the “Company”) (LBSR: OTCQB) announces an update to the currently ongoing ZTEM geophysical survey at its Hay Mountain property for copper, gold, moly and other metals in Cochise County, Ariz.
The fixed wing overflight of the planned 1805 km was completed on June 23rd. After initial data analysis ZTEM contractor Geotech Ltd determined that enhanced resolution over prime target areas is required to complete the survey. A helicopter will be required to fly over the prime target areas and is expected to arrive in Cochise County to conduct the work (at no additional cost to Liberty Star) within a week, subject to weather and logistics.
Comments CEO/Chief Geologist Jim Briscoe: “This level of attention to detail and good science exemplifies why we work with Geotech Ltd as our primary geophysical contractor. The enhanced imagery that we can expect is a key component in determining the best places to drill at Hay Mountain, and is in line with our goal to produce a highly efficient program of exploration and discovery there.”
